2 Things I Learned from Closing my 1st Deal with Megaworld

Closed my first deal today with Megaworld at Paragua Coastown – a 462-hectare beach-front township in San Vicente, Palawan. My client saw my YouTube video about Paragua Coastown and called me to inquire about the project. The next day I sent her the info she asked for and she ended up reserving a residential lot in Paragua Village 1. She wanted to add a 2 bedroom condo unit but seaview units were already sold out so she decided to wait for the 2nd Tower. This deal closed with in 24 hours, one of the fastest deals I closed.

Why am I sharing this? There are 2 things that I appreciate from this experience:

First, trust the process.

With real estate, everyday is a grind. No matter how well you did last year or last month or last week, today is a new day. We hit reset and hit the road running. If you’re a real estate agent and have yet to close a deal for 2024, don’t despair. Just keep on working and doing activities daily that will move you closer to your goals. Don’t focus too much on the goal – focus on the process. This way, you’ll get to enjoy the process and celebrate each win.

Second, Content Creation is powerful leverage and a great way to add value.

As a content creator for almost 4 years now – I am blessed by the feedback I get from my viewers and clients. I get tons of DM’s, emails and comments from different people all over the world asking me questions about real estate or telling me about how my content has helped them in some way. Of course the bonus is, I get tons of inquiries too! I’ve closed dozens of deals from Youtube inquiries alone and generated hundreds of millions in sales. I know content creation is not easy and its also not for everyone. I am only able to do what I do with the help of the Zeta Group Media Team. I certainly won’t be able to do it on my own.

But my point is, as an agent – you need to be able to add value in the way you know how. That is how you can help more people and also stand out from the thousands of other real estate agents out there. Organic content is really powerful whether its thru video, audio or written word because the more you work at it, the more it will grow in reach and influence. Thus, the more people you’ll be able to help.

At its core – I just really want to help people and add value in the way that I know how. And since I love to write – then creating content comes almost naturally to me.
