Back from Boracay & Back to Closing Deals

We just got back from a relaxing getaway in Boracay — a much-needed break with plenty of "us-time" for me and my husband. We stayed at Station 0, indulged in good food (yes, we finally dined at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse!), hopped from café to café, and spent our days strolling and recharging by the beach.

Of course, the beauty of being in real estate is that the business doesn’t stop — even on vacation. In between exploring the island, I was still in touch with my clients and team, making sure everything stayed on track.

And the moment we landed back in Cagayan de Oro, we got straight back to work. My client immediately reserved a 1-bedroom unit in Manresa Township — a development often dubbed as CDO’s BGC in the making.

This 14.3-hectare mixed-use project by Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), in partnership with Xavier University, is designed to be a modern "university town."
