My Real estate Journey

My Real estate Journey

I started my real estate journey way back in 2011. I took the first PRC exam for real estate brokerage and I praise God that I passed. My score for that board exam (which I studied for 2 months) was even higher than my nursing board exam (which I studied for 4 years). 😅 Fast forward 9 years later and I still enjoy what I do. I love the grind. The hustle. The entire process of listing a property, to taking clients on property tours, to doing consultation, to closing deals. The money is just a huge bonus for being able to do what I love.

One of my mentors told me, "Success is about doing the same thing day in and day out until it becomes second nature to you. " And this is what I’ve been doing for the past 9 years. Real estate has been a part of my life and it will continue being a part of my life. I don’t ever see myself retiring.

Why do I do what I do?

It’s simple. It’s because I want to provide value in the best way that I know how. Everyday I meet a lot of people who need to be educated and informed about real estate.

What are the real estate taxes that need to be paid in buying a property?

What are the different types of financing?

What are the good deals out in the market today?

Is this a good investment?

These are the questions I can help people with being in this industry for almost a decade. I see myself as more of a coach or a consultant. If you let me know what your real estate needs are, I’ll do my best to help you. And I’ll genuinely take care of you. If it’s not a good deal, I’ll say so. Because that’s what a coach does. A coach wants what’s best for the athlete. It’s the same way for me. My clients, they come first. And they know this. That’s why I’ve been able to form lasting friendships with some of my clients.

Another reason why I do my best as a real estate broker, is because I want to honor the Lord with what I do. I try my best to be fair, ethical and respectful. I still make mistakes. I still disappoint people sometimes. But I try to improve and learn from each mistake.
