End User License Agreement (EULA)
Welcome to Zeta!
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Zeta website ("Website"), owned by Alex Zeta and her business partners. The Website operates as a platform for real estate listings in the Philippines, allowing users to list properties for sale, and view properties to buy or rent.
You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Website.
a. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. b. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. c. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. d. You agree not to disrupt the operations of the Website or the servers or networks connected to the Website.

All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Website, is the property of Zeta or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property. b. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or otherwise use any content from the Website without prior permission.
You are solely responsible for the User Content that you post. b. You grant Zeta a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display any User Content provided by you. c. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all of your User Content and that the use of such content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
a. Zeta may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. b. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may simply discontinue using the Website.
Zeta makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall Zeta or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Website, even if Zeta or a Zeta authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Modifications Zeta may revise these terms of service for the Website at any time without notice. By using this Website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Any claim relating to the Website shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
