My wife and I permanently moved to Uptown Cagayan de Oro and needed to buy a house or a lot to build on. We also had a lot in the Pueblo Golf Estates to sell. As a former Land developer, builder and Real Estate broker I was familiar with the very structured ways in the USA but was not accustomed to the ways in the Philippines. We were approached by several realtors none which had any consistency or facts correct. My wife and I were very discouraged and then we met Alex, what an angel sent from God to help us, we were very hopeful.
Well Alex sold our golf course property (we owned it for 16 years but our family grew and it was too small) in less than a day, for the highest per square meter price in that subdivision to date. She handled are the paperwork for the transaction making it seamless.
Alex then started looking for houses for us. Now we have some very different requirements from most house buyers, I no longer do stairs well after two strokes, so first floor master’s bedroom was needed. My wife after living in the US for 16 years has certain things she wants not often found in houses here in the Philippines. Through all our strange requests Alex has shown us many lots and houses. She is unrelenting in her searching for a house for us and we do appreciate her very much. The house tour videos she makes are excellent and give you a perspective on the house she features without leaving your living room, they are awesome. Additionally, her videos that provide information on topics related to home buying are excellent for those with and without knowledge of Real Estate purchasing.
