Yesterday, we spent the whole day doing our 2026 Planning Session with the TWR Executive Team. It was a meaningful day of reflection, discussion, and direction-setting.

We talked about our roles, responsibilities, and what each of us truly contributes to the growth of Truly Wealthy Realty. The session was facilitated by a good friend who is the CEO of a restaurant franchise. We invited him to be our consultant because he’s already in the process of scaling his business — and that’s exactly where we want to be in the next three years.

I always love the clarity I gain after each planning session — though I’ll admit, it’s mentally draining! After our session yesterday, I was so tired that I went straight to bed at 8 PM. But it was a good kind of tired — the kind that comes from progress and purpose.
