Mid-Year Update 2025: Building Dreams, One Brick at a Time

It’s hard to believe we’re already halfway through 2025! Between welcoming baby number two, launching our website, and starting to grow our real estate sales team, life has been full-on in 2024. Our little Asher turned one last February—time really does fly when your days are filled with love, diapers, and deadlines!

On the business side, we’ve been pouring energy into uploading listings and content onto our site. And we’re thrilled to share that our team is growing—we now have 20 amazing agents onboard. It’s been a journey of small wins, steady progress, and a lot of learning. Some things truly take time, but we believe that with consistent effort, the results will come.

As we look ahead to the second half of the year, I wanted to take a moment to share our next steps—and invite you to grow with us.

What’s Next for Us in 2025?

Real estate has been a big part of our lives—my husband Jong (who’s also my business partner) and I have explored almost every angle: ✔️ Investing in pre-selling houses, condos, and lots ✔️ Flipping pre-selling properties ✔️ Renovating and renting a foreclosed home

But this year, we’re venturing into something we’ve never done before… building from the ground up!

After observing the CDO market and crunching the numbers, we’ve seen that building and selling can be the most sustainable and profitable real estate model—if done right. We’ve learned (sometimes the hard way) that having the right team makes all the difference, especially your contractor.

🔨 Our First Build: A Duplex in San Agustin

We’re beyond excited to announce our first-ever build project will be located in San Agustin! We’ve secured two adjacent 54 sqm lots and are now planning a modern and functional duplex home.

We recently met with our architect, and she has shared the initial design perspectives that’s both functional and budget-friendly—perfect for first-time homeowners. I’ve attached photo so you can check them out.
